• Messaging system between users and owners
• Listing management for owners
• Saving favorite accommodations

Aroa is not a party to contracts between users and owners and does not handle bookings or payments.

3. Registration and Account

Some features require registration. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and up-to-date information
• Keep login credentials confidential
• Notify us immediately of unauthorized access
• Not create multiple accounts or accounts on behalf of others without authorization

4. User Obligations

Users agree to:

• Use the service lawfully and respectfully
• Not publish false, offensive, or illegal content
• Not use the service for spam or fraudulent activities
• Respect intellectual property rights

5. Owner Obligations

Owners publishing listings agree to:

• Provide accurate accommodation information
• Keep prices and availability updated
• Respond promptly to messages
• Comply with local rental and tourism regulations
• Have the necessary rights to publish photos and content

6. User Content

By publishing content on Aroa, you grant us a non-exclusive license to use it for service purposes. You remain responsible for published content.

7. Limitation of Liability

Aroa:

• Does not guarantee the accuracy of information published by owners
• Is not responsible for disputes between users and owners
• Is not liable for damages arising from service use
• Reserves the right to modify or discontinue the service

8. Intellectual Property

The Aroa brand, design, and original content are owned by GOLDENSIO SL. Reproduction without authorization is prohibited.

9. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, without notice in case of serious violations.

10. Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms. Changes will be communicated on the site. Continued use of the service implies acceptance.

11. Applicable Law

These terms are governed by Spanish law. For disputes, the courts of Las Palmas de Gran Canaria have jurisdiction.
